Madison Laing began her career in May 2024, fueled by a childhood fascination with real estate TV shows and glossy property magazines. Despite being accepted to study business and property at Western Sydney University, she chose to dive straight into the industry, completing her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice before stepping into her administration and sales support role at Cutcliffe’s Dural office.
Highly motivated, ‘Madi’ is bound to succeed with her natural organisational skills and personability. Her background in hospitality enables her to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service. She thrives on collaborating with agents, absorbing valuable insights from their daily activities, and feeding her aspiration to one day venture into sales.
At Cutcliffe, Madi has found her place within a warm, supportive environment that defies industry stereotypes. She fondly recalls her first day when the entire team made an effort to introduce themselves and congratulate her—a testament to the company’s inclusive culture.
