About Michelle
Honest, reliable, and driven, Michelle Ilijanic brings perseverance and a genuine desire to help people achieve their property goals to her role as Sales Associate. New to the industry but backed by the knowledge and insight of recently selling two of her own properties, she is motivated to guide clients towards successful outcomes and see their plans come to life.
Michelle thrives on the diversity her role offers – no two days are the same – and enjoys meeting and working with a wide range of people. Known for her empathy, strong communication skills, and depth of knowledge, she focuses on creating positive experiences that build trust and lasting relationships.
Covering the Hills District and the Hawkesbury, Michelle appreciates the rural feel, open spaces, and fresh air that define the region. She values working within a team where collaboration is key and where, as she says, “the way we work together determines the way we succeed.”
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys time with her three sons, visiting the beach, and dining at great restaurants. She is also a passionate horse rider – a love shared with many across the Cutcliffe team – finding both freedom and connection in the saddle.
