I would like to take this opportunity to thank Cutcliffe Properties for the professional manner in which they sold the property of my late mother.

I started the process by getting 4 appraisals. Whilst Cutcliffe’s appraisal was not the highest price nor the one offering the cheapest commission, what stood out from the competitors, was Craig’s knowledge of local acreage properties, local bylaws, council’s development plans, permitted future infrastructure regarding building codes and allowable additions, the effect of flooding, people’s perception of the property, marketing strategies and how to best deliver the property to the market.

Within the first week we had a rush of potential buyers and within this time received realistic offers before settling and agreeing to the sale price.

Craig and Shane’s negotiating skills enabled us to obtain a value above our expectations and initial appraisal.
