About Andrea
Andrea Nounnis is the Marketing Manager at Cutcliffe, bringing more than a decade of marketing experience and a strong understanding of the property industry. Prior to joining Cutcliffe, she worked as a marketing manager for a property investment company, where she developed valuable insight into Sydney’s property market, including buyer behaviour, land supply and the broader factors influencing the industry.
In her role, Andrea combines her knowledge of real estate market fundamentals with strategic marketing expertise across vendor campaigns, digital marketing, social media and events. She focuses on ensuring properties and the Cutcliffe brand are presented in the best possible light, while supporting the sales and property management teams with effective marketing strategies that help showcase properties to the right buyers and clients.
Andrea values the collaborative culture at Cutcliffe, where team members support one another and work together to achieve the best outcomes for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants.
Having grown up in Baulkham Hills and building her first home in Box Hill, Andrea has a strong connection to the Hills District. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends over board games and a good cheese board.
