How can I pay my rent?
You will be provided in writing a unique identification code along with our bank details.
What is the bond process?
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a link from Rental Bonds Online (RBO). You will need to pay 4 weeks' rent directly to RBO using this link.
How much notice do I need to give to vacate?
You will be required to provide 14 days notice prior to your lease expiry or 21 days notice once your lease has expired.
How much notice will you give me before an inspection?
We will provide you with a minimum of 7 days notice to conduct a routine inspection.
What do I do if a repair or maintenance work is required at the property?
Maintenance should be reported promptly to our office in writing along with any photos you may have. This can be done by emailing your property manager.
Do I need Contents Insurance?
We recommend that all tenants have content insurance to cover your personal assets and belongings.

Notice to Vacate Form
I/We hereby give notice of my/our intention to vacate these premises on the vacating date as advised in the form below. I acknowledge the Residential Tenancies Act states:
- The tenant must give at least 14 days notice up until the end of their fixed term agreement as per NOTE 3 (page 13) of the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
- The tenant must give at least 21 days notice in a continuing agreement (outside a fixed term agreement) as per NOTE 4 (page 13) of the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
- The tenant must not use the bond as rent.
- The landlord/agent may enter the premises to show prospective tenants on a reasonable number of occasions if the tenants receive reasonable notice on each occasion. This access is permitted during the final 14 days of the tenancy.
