Beginning her real estate career in 2022, Michelle McGavigan joined the Cutcliffe Properties team in an Administration role. Now a Licensed Real Estate Agent, she is thriving as a Property Management Assistant, further expanding her expertise in the field.

As someone who has always been a people person with an outgoing personality, it’s only fitting that Michelle’s path would lead her to real estate. She loves interacting with people from all walks of life and finds genuine satisfaction in assisting her coworkers in matching properties with quality tenants.

Michelle appreciates Cutcliffe’s strong structure, effective communication, and supportive culture, which set the company apart from competitors. She believes the team collectively understands the value of hard work while fostering a fun environment that encourages camaraderie.

While Michelle’s roots are in Penrith, she enjoys working in the Hawkesbury region, thanks to its country charms and laidback community. Outside of work, she enjoys the great outdoors, whether cruising on a boat, weekends away, overseas holidays, attending music festivals, but most of all, she treasures time spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
