Rachel joined the Cutcliffe team as a Leasing Consultant in 2026. Drawn to the real estate industry by her passion for working with people, Rachel enjoys helping clients find the right place to call home and making the leasing process a positive experience.
Rachel’s friendly nature and ability to make clients feel comfortable allows her to build strong relationships while assisting them in finding properties that suit their needs. She enjoys showcasing homes for lease and is looking forward to further developing her skills in matching people with the perfect property.
Rachel supports the property management team through clear communication and strong attention to detail, and admires the supportive environment within the Cutcliffe team.
Working across the Hawkesbury, Penrith and The Hills, Rachel loves the relaxed and welcoming community atmosphere the area offers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, going to the gym, and making the most of the outdoors.
