As a multiple state award winner, Susan brings over 20 years’ experience to her role as accounts manager at Cutcliffe Properties.

Working closely with Paul and Tim in maintaining the financial operation, Sue also works closely with the administration team in the agency. Susan, being multi-talented, even oversees our Property Management team, bringing experience in team leading and property management.

Sue’s friendly and passionate approach enables her to create strong relationships with clients and she has a clear focus on excellent customer service. Her ability to communicate openly and professionally achieves the best outcome for tenants, property owners and team members. She is always willing to go the extra mile and her dedication is evident not just in the extra hours she’s seen putting in.

Susan has a thirst for knowledge and enjoys keeping abreast of all the cutting-edge legislation, technology and best practices. Her advanced organisation gives her the ability to juggle her variety of roles at Cutcliffe.
